Volunteer Bakers Needed!

This year's silent auction is a bake sale, so we are going to need a lot of delicious homemade goodies! 

 

Please include in the message the items you plan to make and how many! 

Examples:

1 dozen medium (buns, donuts, muffins, other)

2 dozen small pieces (cookies, squares, other)

2 loaves (bread, zucchini, banana, other)

Single large (cake, pie, other)

Jams, Honey, Other

Items should be:

- Covered, sealed & contained (ziploc, container, etc)

- Label stating what the item is, "2 doz. Brownies"

- Include a visible ingredient list, for those with allergies or other concerns. Thank you.

- CLEARLY MARK IF IT CONTAINS NUTS

Items can be dropped off at 3214 5th Ave N:

- Jan 24th (Fri) 4-7 pm,

- Jan 25th (Sat) 8-11 am

- email to make other possible arrangements 

We could always use an extra hand when getting the tables, chairs, equipment and food ready before the doors open, and clearing the mess after they close.

Are you handy on the grill, or open to keeping buffet tables tidy and full of food? ​

The grill will be heating up and going before guests arrive from the convoy and throughout the event. Tables will be set up by volunteers Friday evening.

 

It would be a great help if you would like to volunteer for the BBQ! Ideally we would have enough volunteers to take turns, allowing for breaks to warm up and enjoy the event.
